The Family Program
is the core program and is intentionally limited to 12-15 families at a time.
This program requires a commitment of at least one year
on the part of the participants.

The structure of the Family Program includes meetings,
educational opportunities, and service hours;

    • Individual meetings: Participants meet monthly with self-identified goals.
    • Adult meetings: Participants meet as a group to address
      personal growth and development issues and to foster their growth
      as a community of support to each other.
    • Alternative educational opportunities: Adults and children
      may participate in quality alternative educational opportunities.
    • Family outing: Families may participate in periodic social outings
      that provide a medium for enhancing self-esteem
      and ownership in the group.
    • Adult outings: Adults may participate in periodic social outings
      that provide opportunities for support, socialization,
      and community building.

is a formally incorporated 501(c) (3) organization
whose mission is to improve the quality of life for low-income families
by building quality, affordable homes; promoting home ownership
with an emphasis toward neighborhood stabilization and revitalization;
and fostering community.
