The congregation owns and operates two secondary schools; Aquinas High School in the Bronx, NY and Albertus Magnus High Schoo lin Rockland County, NY. Sisters from the congregation are administrators and/or teachers in several diocesan or parish high schools; in the New York Archdiocese, Monsignor Scanlan High School, St. Helena Commercial High School, and Cathedral High School; in the Rockville Centre Diocese, Holy Trinity High School; in the Brooklyn Diocese, St. Edmund's High School and in the St. Louis, MO Diocese, St. Dominic High School. The congregation provides Sisters to administer and staff school and catechetical programs in parishes of several dioceses.

One to One Learning, Inc., is a not-for-profit, incorporated, outreach organization, founded by the Dominican Congregation of Our Lady of the Rosary, Sparkill, New York. The mission is to provide English classes and other supportive services for immigrants to empower them to reach their full potential and to lead meaningful lives within their communities.
