Albertus Magnus High School, Bardonia, NY

The premier college preparatory school in Rockland County, Albertus Magnus High School is a Catholic, co-educational community of faith in which our future leaders strive for academic excellence, seek Truth and show respect for the dignity of each person. It was founded by the Dominican Sisters of Sparkill in 1957.


Aquinas High School, Bronx, NY
Aquinas High School is a community of faith and learning rooted in the Catholic tradition and committed to excellence in the education of young women - mind and heart, body and spirit.  Since its founding by the Dominican Sisters of Sparkill in 1923, Aquinas has welcomed each new wave of New York City's population, finding the face of God in each new set of features and forming a body of Aquinas women with a heart for the whole human family.  Through a challenging curriculum with a broad spectrum of co-curricular activities and community service, Aquinas calls forth women who are confident, knowledgeable and committed to building a better world. 

Dominican Convent School, Bahawalpur, Pakistan

Dominican Convent Higher Secondary School is owned and operated by The Dominican Sisters of Our Lady of the Rosary. The school was officially opened on the 5th of May,1958, with Father Bertrand Boland as the first principal. Upon the arrival of the Sisters in October of that year, leadership of the school was turned over to Sr. Purissima. Although Dominican Convent School was begun as a middle school, within two years it became a high school. Cambridge classes began to be offered to our students in 2000, and the school was upgraded to a Higher Secondary School in 2003.

Dowling Gardens, Sparkill, NY

Founded in 1996 and located in Sparkill (Rockland County), NY, Dowling Gardens is much more than a senior living community; it is a place where friendships are formed, comfort and service are a priority, and where each day our residents experience the freedom to pursue personal interests. Encore Community Services, Manhattan, NY
Throughout its thirty year history in the midtown Times Square/Clinton communities of New York City, Encore has provided seniors with a range of caring and quality services to help them live independent and dignified lives. For this reason, Encore has earned the reputation as “Broadway’s Longest Running Act of Loving Care.”

Hospital for Special Surgery Pastoral Care Team, Manhattan, NY

Sister Margaret Theresa Oettinger, Director of Pastoral Care at HSS, guides the chaplains in providing pastoral care following surgery and helping the patients with their spiritual needs during recovery.

Living with Christ

Living with Christ is a monthly publication that provides everything one needs to prepare for Mass, to participate in Mass, and to reflect on the experience.

One To One Learning, Upper Nyack, NY
This Outreach Program services Rockland County Latino, Mexican, Haitian, and other immigrants in many ways including: basic English tutorial programs including ESL and GED; computer classes; cCitizenship education; advocacy and immigration counseling; transportation to classes;
children’s program that includes reading readiness activities and homework assistance; cultural events highlighting the ethnicity of students and teachers; job placement; linkage to social services; Information on housing and fair housing practices; emergency food and clothing.

St. Elizabeth School, Washington Heights, NYC
The mission of St. Elizabeth School is to provide our students with the opportunity to reach their full potential in a Catholic school atmosphere of love, trust and hope. St. John Chrysostom School, Bronx, NY

St. John Chrysostom School has been dedicated to educating the children of the South Bronx for over ninety years. The faculty and staff are committed to non-violence. Thorpe Village, Sparkill, NY

Thorpe Village is a federally subsidized housing community for the elderly and handicapped located on a 10 acre site in Sparkill, N.Y. It is dedicated not only to providing shelter for its residents but also to creating an environment that enriches the quality of their lives.Opened in 1981 under the sponsorship of the Dominican sisters, Thorpe Village is widely recognized for the variety and excellence of its social, recreational and cultural services and programs. Twenty of Thorpe Village's 200 one-bedroom apartments are equipped for the mobility impaired.
